By accessing and using the services provided by FoxZone Computer Repair, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services. FoxZone reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
FoxZone Computer Repair provides the following services:
Quick Diagnostics: We provide quick diagnostic services which cover the most common issues. However, complex repairs requiring extensive troubleshooting may incur a longer diagnostic fee, which will be communicated before work begins.
Price Quotes: We provide estimates for most repairs. Final costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during repair. We will contact you before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate or set allowance.
Payment Terms: A initial partial payment may be required for any component(s) replacement if component(s) need to be ordered. Final payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
Discounts and coupons: Discounts on labor and time may be offered to low-income housing.
On proof of SNAP benefits with a recent store receipt where SNAP was used (within 30 days), along with a glance at your ID and SNAP card to match to your name for 58% off.
We will never take your info to record it. Just add a little check in our systems that says you're good to go!
Coupons may be offered as well which are generated with a varied range of amounts off and stored within our database
and will be one time use only with repair services or a custom computer built by FoxZone. These offers do not apply to hardware components cost.
Labor Warranty: All labor is warranted for 30 days from the date of service, or 1 year for new FoxZone custom-built computers. If the same issue reoccurs, or an issue is found with a new FoxZone computer within this period, we will repair it at no additional labor cost. Provided the issue is not caused by user error or external factors such as hardware failure due to unforeseen manufacturer defects.
Parts Warranty: Replacement component parts are only warranted by their manufacturer and according to their own warranty period. FoxZone's warranties do not cover replacements components. Receipts will be provided so you may contact the manufacturer for component(s) ordered through FoxZone.
Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover:
Data Responsibility: You are solely responsible for backing up all data before bringing your device for service. While we take every precaution to protect your data, we cannot be held responsible for data loss during repair.
Data Recovery: Data recovery services are offered as a separate service with no guarantee of success. If data recovery is attempted but unsuccessful, a fee may still apply for the labor involved and referral to a dedicated recovery service.
Privacy: We may record any calls, and/or other electronic communications to FoxZone for quality assurance, along with basic information such as your name, phone number, and basic information about your needs so FoxZone can keep in contact and assist you. We do not access, copy, or share your personal data without your explicit consent. Such as a billing address for certain types of payment methods. Any and all information will be deleted 90 days after final payment for services, except any financial records required by tax law.
Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of service. Times may vary based on parts availability and issue complexity. We will keep you informed of any delays. Rush services may be available depending on request.
FoxZone's liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered. We are not liable for:

Invoices left unpaid FoxZone retains the right to not return any devices until final payment is made. Any partial pay from upfront component expenses up till the final invoice are not refundable.
Devices left unpaid and/or unclaimed for more than 90 days after more than 3 notices will be disposed of in accordance with Nevada law to recover unpaid fees.
Refund request after service depends on the return policy each replaced or new component by its manufacturer. If denied by the manufacturer, FoxZone may be unable to offer a refund and may or may not be able to offer to buy the device back and/or offer a next time discount on service.
Devices not picked up within 30 days of repair completion may incur a storage fee of $5 per day. After 90 days, we reserve the right to recycle unclaimed devices in accordance with local laws.
All software installed remains the property of their respective copyright holders. We do not install or distribute pirated or unlicensed software. You are responsible for ensuring you have proper licenses for any software you request us to install.
